What the papers say

L. v. Beethoven - Fidelio: Graz, Schlossbergbühne (ioco.de, 19.8.2020)

Roberto Saccà was a Florestan with fullness of tone, vocal finesse, and a close identification with the role. Once again, he has proved himself as one of Europe’s leading lyric dramatic tenors. After the opening dramatic outburst of "Gott welch Dunkel“, his voice closely followed the modulations of the text with spellbinding moments of piano. With terrific drama, he launched himself up in to a magnificently sung celestial realm. He is a singer with thrilling power, who has progressed in the course of his career from Mozart to the dramatic repertoire, maintaining to this day the refinement and timbre of his prime.

Massenet - Thaïs: Theater an der Wien (derstandard.at Jan 2021)

Smooth and shiny like melted butter, the tenor of Roberto Sacca (as Thaïs ’lover).
